About Us

In 2019, Sister Brigid and I met while teaching at the same high school and discovered a shared passion for making a difference in the lives of others. That year, Zambia faced a devastating drought, leaving villages near Lusaka without access to clean water. Together, we raised funds to dig a borehole, providing fresh water to the community.

Amid these trials, Pricilla, our farm manager,  profoundly shaped our mission. Diagnosed with diabetes, Pricilla lost one leg, and later both. Her experience revealed the severe challenges faced by those with physical disabilities in Zambia—challenges that extend beyond health to economic survival and community support. Pricilla feared her disability marked the end of her life, but we promised her it was just the beginning of a fight for change.

Today, as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are dedicated to empowering individuals with physical disabilities. Our mission is to provide not just survival but hope, dignity, and opportunity. We focus on economic viability, family support, and the resources needed to build sustainable lives. Through our initiatives we aim to uplift families and communities, ensuring that a disability is not a sentence but a call to action.

Together, we believe in a world where everyone—regardless of physical ability—can thrive.
